u.s. peace activists ask canada to do the right thing

Here's a video from Seattle, one of fourteen vigils held outside Canadian consulates in the US yesterday.

These aren't huge demonstrations, but that doesn't mean they're not effective. They show Canadian officials that if they act on behalf of US war resisters, they have the support of at least part of the US public. They keep the issue in the forefront. They educate passers-by. And of course, these days they continue educating online.
