Today is World AIDS Day.

Ottawa announced that Canada will make good on its promise to spend a addition $250 million to fight AIDS internationally, of which $120 million is new funding.

In keeping with the current trend to commodify every cause, there's a campaign that says you can fight AIDS by shopping. Does everything we do have to involve acquisition?

Please think about what you personally can do to help battle AIDS. Challenge yourself to give without receiving anything tangible in return. It feels great.
