ex-pats unite

A nice person named Julien contacted me about his new blog directory: Expat-Blog, "an open community dedicated to expatriates and their adventures all around the world."

To those ends, Julien is contacting ex-patriate bloggers from all over the world and creating a multi-lingual forum for information sharing, support and fun, as well as blog hosting. I know there are many ex-patriate friends of wmtc, so I hope you'll give it a look.

Julien didn't mind that I'm not technically an ex-patriate yet. He correctly pointed out that I already am - in my mind. And hopefully in a few months the rest of me will come along.

It's quickly becoming a certainty in my mind that I will have to move back to Canada soon as well. I've lived in the states since I was 10, but find myself more and more unsatisfied living here. All of my US relatives pale at the suggestion that I might do this--"You might lose your US citizenship!!" Heaven forbid.
