Cody won't go near them yet. She's making sure he survives before she sets foot on them.

Now I understand why so many bloggers post nonsense like this. Once you have a digital camera, it's very tempting and strangely fun.

Keep them coming.

I sure took a lot of photos when I first got a digital camera.

After a while, you cut down on the number, but I still take a lot more photos than I used to. If you want to get the photos printed, up here I think Shopper's Drug Mart is the cheapest at .26 cents a shot (next day). It's really not worth it trying to print them at home. They take forever to print, and you'll spend a fortune in ink cartridges.

Thanks for the tip.

I purposely bought an inexpensive one not really good for printing. I hope to use it just for email and posting. I could see where printing them at home would be time-consuming and really expensive.

We still want to use our conventional camera - which we really like - for scenic stuff when we travel. So I'll check out Shopper's Drug Mart for developing those.

Yeah, that is a good call, Kyle. It's pretty decent quality printing, too, for the price.

You'd be surprised. My camera is only a 2 megapixel (and cost $125 CDN), but the prints from it are far better then the ones that came from my 35mm.

Of course, if your conventional camera is a higher quality SLR or something then obviously the digital won't compete.

Hm, that's interesting. We have a decent 35 mm, very good wide angle / telephoto lens. I imagine we'll travel with both and see how it goes.

That's cool to hear, tho - that even our cheapy digital job ($175 US$) might make nice prints.

Welcome to my life!!!!

Great dog shots! Very cute. Buster's patch over his eye is pretty adorable too.

Hmm... those dog beds look sweeet....

Too busy raising crustaceans, I'm sure.

That, and I'm afraid of dogs - until I get to know them. Buster and Cody look very friendly...

Buster feels the same about you. :-)

He's afraid of most people. Because of the abuse he suffered as a puppy, it takes him a long time to trust.

People who know him think he's the greatest dog - super affectionate, obedient, sweet as can be. But everyone who doesn't know him is afraid of him! He's never bitten anyone (or even tried to), but he's just not a dog a stranger can walk up to and pet.

Cody is just the opposite - loves everyone, totally easy-going. She'd just as soon go home with you as me.
