toronto joins international protest of gaza freedom flotilla massacre

More than 1,000 people took to the streets of Toronto to voice their anger and grief at Israel's massacre of nine Gaza freedom activists, and imprisonment of several hundred more.

As the realization of what is happening to Palestinians increases around the globe, and the international resistance movement increases, Israeli repression and brutality grows in response. This is the most typical pattern of repressive regimes everywhere, through all times. And with every action like this, Israel sows the seeds of its own undoing.

How many more people will die before Israel succumbs to the inevitable and Palestine is free? We don't know. But we know this: you can kill a person, but you can't kill an idea.
