It's May Day!
May Day is the international worker's holiday, celebrated in most countries in the world, except for the US, Canada and South Africa. Contrary to popular belief, May Day did not begin in the Soviet Union. Its roots are in the US, with the struggle for the eight-hour day.

This is a day to reflect on the dignity and worth of all working people, and the right of all people to earn a living wage.
