Meanwhile, the side effect is that the quest for working toes has got me off my otherwise lazy ass for regular exercise. But DON'T skip the feet, you'd be amazed at the changes that will happen if you work with your feet." I have not yet followed this advice! But I do want to.

Bowman says what we often do with our painful feet is "encase them" so they don't move. That is exactly what I've done with orthotics and hiking boots.

So anyway Jim, it's very possible that in one or more of her videos with foot work she mentions claw toes. Since you have persistent foot problems, this would be worth exploring.laura khttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05524593142290489958noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7593664.post-72316260801822981682020-06-17T06:46:47.595-07:002020-06-17T06:46:47.595-07:00Interesting. Nobody, surgeon, GP. physio, even mentioned them. I found out about them on my first foot care visit in 2013--the doc took one look and said "claw toes, no wonder you hobble around" but actual tips for dealing with them other than orthotics is hard to come by. Meanwhile, it sounds like her basic philosophy is healthy, and apparently effective!Abbyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08900756518419714337noreply@blogger.com
