Ratner is President Emeritus of the Center for Constitutional Rights (CCR) in New York and the Chair of the European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights in Berlin.

Thanks, laura k.
Bradley Manning is a hero. It's disgusting to me that the person who exposes the war crimes is in prison while those that committed the war crimes go free.
Here's Michael Ratner's appearance on Democracy Now! this morning . . . .

It is disgusting and maddening. Not only do they go free, they lead lives of wealth and privilege. They are feted around the world as "leaders".
It's enough to make one call for revolution.
Thanks back atcha, WEB, and thanks for the link.

Exactly!
I've taken to signing off on emails to some of my more enlightened friends with "dfdttr" - which stands for: doomed, 'f'n' doomed 'til the revolution . . . .
Makes you proud to be a supporter of Freedom of the Press Foundation, doesn't it, laura k?
I know I am . . . .
Thanks for the link, WEB! I haven't been able to post it yet, I'm glad you did. And yes, I am proud to support them, glad you do, too. :)
