I am an object of pity!
This is a banned commenter who reappears on wmtc now and again. Could anyone be more clueless? He doesn't even get the name of this blog right, never mind anything about us or our politics - or Canadian politics, for that matter!
Found in my Statcounter, via Liblogs.ca.

Anyone bothering to read his blog -- who reads it? his mom? problee not -- will probably (rightly) wonder:
"Who the hell is this L-girl? And why should I care?"
It's interesting when you're treated like you are way more famous than you actually are.
Thanks, Mr. Ignorant Troll.
The wingnuts have always treated this blog as way more famous and important than it is.
So why am I so ungrateful? :-)
I'd send a basket of cookies or something, but obviously you're far beyond any hope. Sorry to hear about all your despair.
But I'm hoping you'll let me stow away when you head back to the Land of the Awesome.
I like cookies.
Poor L and redsock. All of that time and effort for naught. You guys are welcome to stay on my sofa* while you undo all of your hard work and move back home. It's not The Ritz, but at least it's in the USA! USA! USA!
This isn't quite the same thing, but several months ago a conservative blogger posted about what he saw as a bunch of lefty nonsense. It was typical insubstantial stuff, devoid of critical analysis. Anyway, he mentioned my blog and said (I paraphrase): "The blogger's mother has been ill, and it is my policy not to comment when people are having problems in their personal lives." I guess the message is "I'm such a nice guy that I won't kick her when she's down, but hoo boy, the things I could say.
*I have a very small apartment, so I can't offer you a guest room.
"The blogger's mother has been ill, and it is my policy not to comment when people are having problems in their personal lives."
Oy vey.
Btw, I hope your mom is doing ok.
Thank you, Laura. She's doing very well.
Oy vey is right. Maybe I should see if I can find Mr. Passive Aggressive's post and riff on it. It'a a textbook example of pooor argumentation.
